About
Waverley Felicity is a beautifully made and big moving filly. She has a powerful and elastic trot, a swinging walk and uphill canter. Her character is bold and friendly and she has loved attention from the the very first. Dam, Waverley Dalloway, is a tall, very athletic and big moving mare. She also has a very affectionate and trainable temperament. She is full sister to the 2011 Hanoverian mare champion and also a Vecta licensed stallion. Her first foal, Waverley Frizzante, has been retained by us for breeding, and this year had her own first foal.
Sire, Foundation, is a powerfully made stallion, with great presence, plenty of bone and three wonderful uphill paces, now competing at International Grand Prix level. In 2012, Foundation was awarded the dressage Hauptprämie from the Oldenburg Verband for the best first foal crop. In 2013, after many wins in L-level dressage classes, he qualified for the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf. In 2016, he achieved his international break-through, and with Matthias Alexander Rath, he was constantly victorious and highly placed at Prix St Georges and Inter I level, including at Jerez de la Frontera, Nice, Majorca and Wiesbaden. At the end of 2018, Foundation made the step up to international grand prix with ease, scoring +69% at the Nice CDI3*.
